If you're working out as much as you say you are, you are not giving your body enough to to properly heal itself. Days off are just as important as time spent in the gym. Make sure you are not exercising the same group of muscles two days in a row either. Are you getting enough protein as well? Consider adding a post-workout shake to your diet, one with low-no sugar and low-no carbs. I personally prefer Zero-Carb Isopure b/c it has no sugar or carbs. Taste terrible, but you can always add in cinnamon or a little fruit to help with the taste.

Instead of switching around to different machines while doing your cardio, stick to just one machine (preferably a treadmill) and start doing H.I.I.T. or High Intensity Interval Training. This is a proven method to make your metabolism go crazy and go into constant burn mode. Start with a 3 minute warm up and then up the speed to a brisk walk for 90 seconds. Then, up the speed again to a good jog for 60 seconds. Finally, increase the speed again to a sprint (not a full out sprint, but about 85%-90% of what you think your max speed is) for 30 seconds. Then drop your speed back down to a brisk walk and keep repeating this process. If you do this, I wouldn't recommend doing it for more than 25 minutes your 1st time. Judge your tolerance during the first time to determine if you need to go for a shorter period of time. Even better if the treadmill can incline and decline to really throw your system a jolt.

Don't worry about the weight or the calories that are burned: People have different bone structures, their bodies burn calories at different rates (it's called metabolism), and different muscle mass. As long as you are happy with your results continue your exercise program.

You can also try changing things in your diet to increase catabolism, be careful with this though because it's really easy to get this wrong and deprive yourself of something you need.

Why did I assume you draw with replacement? In casinos, they use 6 or 8 decks. As you increase the number of decks, removing a single card has less of an effect. In the limit of "infinite decks", you're essentially just replacing the last card back in the deck to keep the proprtions all 1/13.

For single deck without replacement:
Ace-then-a-face: 4/52 * 16/51 = 16 / 663
Face-then-an-ace: 16/52 * 4/51 = 16 / 663
Total: 32 / 663 = 4.8%

So even with a single deck replacement, there's only a 0.1% difference. However, that 0.1% difference makes a big difference to casinos, because they play hundreds of thousdands of hands in a day. 0.1% of those hands means about 100 fewer blackjacks.

Unlocked phones gives you the freedom of switching mostly to phones that your carrier (AT&T) doesn't carry. Once a phone is unlocked, it will take any simcard, so you can buy other phones (such as the Diamond) and not be tied down with the option of phones only AT&T give you. Also having an unlocked phone, you can travel abroad and use a local carrier's simcard for cheaper rates.

The problem with your Blackjack can easily be rectified, just call or pop into an AT&T [corporate] store and say your sim card is acting up. They will ask for your number and identification, and you should be up and running in less than 10 minutes.

I currently have a Fuze running on Windows Mobile 6.1, and I think the Blackjack runs on 6.0, but Try going to Contacts>Menu>sim manager to see what numbers are all saved to the sim. Most new mid-end and high-end phones includes a MICROSD slot, not Mini SD. The HTC Diamond doesn't have a MicroSD slot, but the Fuze does.

I say go for the Fuze directly through AT&T, which is $299 after a $50 mail-in rebate. You can also insure the Fuze for an additional $5 per month on your monthly bill. An unlocked Diamond would most likely cost $450 or more. The Fuze is basically a HTC Diamond with a [GREAT!!] slide-out keyboard and with AT&T logo on it.
